**General Responsibilities**

* Maintain professional and friendly communication with patients at all times.
* Work with management/supervisors to ensure a welcoming environment for patients.
* Attend meetings as required.
* Assist with training new employees.
* Submit daily day sheets with complete details to managers/supervisors.
* Perform any other duties assigned that support the role and its development.

**Required/Preferred Qualifications and Experience**

* High school graduate.
* Proficient in English communication.
* Minimum of two years’ experience as a security guard.
