Key Responsibilities

Generate new business for printers, photocopiers, MFPs, and related consumables

Visit corporate clients, offices, schools, and government entities

Promote brands such as Ricoh, Canon, HP, Xerox, Kyocera (or similar)

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with technical and service teams for installations and support

Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices

Maintain daily sales activity and client visit reports

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outdoor sales of printers / photocopiers / MFPs

Strong product knowledge of office automation equipment

Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets
