Description

Responsibilities:

•Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for construction projects
•Measure quantities and evaluate variations and claims
•Prepare interim valuations, progress payments, and final accounts
•Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors
•Review subcontractor quotations and assist in contract administration

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
•Experience in Bahrain/GCC projects preferred
•Good knowledge of contracts, measurement standards, and costing
•Proficient in MS Excel and relevant QS software
