Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks

Prepare and maintain documents, files, and records

Draft emails, letters, and official correspondence

Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and timesheets

Support HR with employee documentation and records

Coordinate with site staff, suppliers, and head office

Maintain office supplies and administrative systems

Assist management with reports and data entry (Excel)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an Admin role

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Good email drafting and communication skills

Ability to organize work and meet deadlines

Good communication skills in English
