Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience in Bahrain, good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments
Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Ensure recruitment processes comply with Bahrain government labour laws and regulations
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and coordination with HR operations
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records
Support workforce planning and manpower requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Recruiter in Bahrain
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and government regulations
Ability to join immediately
Good communication skills in English
Experience using job portals, especially Indeed
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
HR or related degree/diploma
Experience recruiting for multiple roles and industries
Familiarity with visa processes and local hiring practices
