Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Bahrain health & safety regulations and relevant international standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Deliver health & safety training sessions to staff and trainees.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the institute.
• Coordinate with management and authorities on safety-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Health & Safety Officer (training institute or similar environment preferred).
• Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HSE regulations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct training and awareness programs.
• Locally available candidates in Bahrain preferred.
