Job Description:

We are seeking a well-experienced Junior HR Executive to manage and support daily HR operations in compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and GCC HR practices. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner with excellent communication skills and hands-on HR experience in Bahrain or the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage employee contracts, offer letters, and personnel files as per Bahrain Labor Law
Handle employee attendance, leave management, overtime records, and disciplinary documentation
Assist with payroll coordination ensuring compliance with LMRA, SIO (GOSI), and WPS requirements
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, transfers, and cancellations through LMRA
Liaise with PRO / MOL / LMRA / SIO for labor-related documentation
Handle employee grievances and HR queries professionally
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor regulations
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of HR experience in Bahrain or GCC
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, SIO, and visa procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Immediate joiner required
Available locally in Bahrain
