Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities

Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards, and safety regulations

Allocate tasks to site workers and monitor their performance

Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with drawings and plans

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to management

Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment

Monitor site safety, PPE compliance, and risk management

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years experience as Civil Supervisor on construction sites

Knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and standards

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

Strong leadership and team management skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of safety procedures and risk mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience in GCC/Saudi construction projects (advantageous)

Familiarity with project documentation and reporting tools
