Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell engineering and trading products to customers and contractors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and applicators
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare sales activity reports
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales technical support
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and other internal teams
• Conduct market studies and analyze sales potential
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate sales records
• Conduct product presentations, meetings, and demonstrations when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or project-based selling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Preferred Skills:
• Customer-focused and results-driven attitude
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in construction, engineering, or trading industry (advantage)
