Description

We are looking for a Salesman cum Merchandiser with strong market experience in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sell FMCG products to hypermarkets, supermarkets, groceries, and baqalas

2. Handle complete merchandising activities including shelf display, visibility, planogram compliance, and expiry control
Maintain good working relationships with shelf boys, store staff, and supervisors

3. Take orders and follow up with buyers and store managers
Cover local and small-range customers

4. Achieve monthly sales targets

5. Ensure proper product placement and availability in stores
Coordinate with office and warehouse teams

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (minimum) – well-educated candidates only

2. Previous merchandising experience is mandatory
Must have worked with supermarkets and hypermarkets
Must have existing relationships with shelf boys and store workers

3. Minimum 2–3 years FMCG experience in Bahrain

4. Strong knowledge of all Bahrain routes

5. Must know manual driving

6. Valid Bahrain driving license

7. Good communication skills (English Hindi, Urdu required, Arabic is an advantage)

8. Honest, disciplined, and performance-driven

Salary & Benefits
Salary: BD 220
Commission: Based on sales targets
Room provided
Visa provided after one month, subject to performance
