We are seeking a Female Indian HR Manager with a maximum of 10 years of experience to join our organization.

Requirements:

Maximum 10 years of experience in Human Resources

Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and local HR regulations

Experience in LMRA, GOSI, SIO, NPRA, MOL, and other government portals

Ability to ensure full compliance with all Bahrain laws and company policies

Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and documentation

Good communication, organizational, and reporting skills

Ability to work independently and handle HR matters efficiently
