Requirements:

* Bahraini national (mandatory)

* 1–2 years of retail sales experience (perfumes/cosmetics preferred)

* Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong persuasion ability

* Good knowledge of perfume brands, fragrance notes, and product presentation

* Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances

* Professional appearance with a confident and positive attitude

* Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

* Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Team-oriented with a proactive mindset for learning and growth

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance consultations

* Achieve individual and store sales targets

* Maintain attractive product displays and organized stock

* Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally

* Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with brand service standards
