Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our dental center team.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients in a polite and professional manner.
Explain clinic services, offers, and basic treatment-related information clearly.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and other departments to ensure smooth patient service.
Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Maintain good relationships with patients and support patient satisfaction.
Support the clinic in achieving customer service and patient retention goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer care / reception / dental or medical center is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work as part of a team and handle a busy clinic environment.
Candidates available in Bahrain are preferred.
