A leading real estate company is seeking a MEP Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising the maintenance and operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities of MEP systems.

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as planned.

• Conduct routine inspections and ensure system compliance with standards.

• Lead and supervise technicians and contractors.

• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with vendors and maintain basic maintenance records.

• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
