Primary Responsibilities
• Supervise daily production workflows and staff performance.
• Apply "hospitality-grade" quality control to garment finishing.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and floor discipline.
• Solve operational bottlenecks with a fast-paced, retail mindset.
• Report directly to the General Manager on output KPIs.
