Description

On behalf of the management of Combi Supermarket (Hoora Branch), seeking a full-time Supermarket Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our store team.

Job Responsibilities:
1.__Manage day-to-day supermarket operations
2.__Supervise staff, duty rosters, and performance
3.__Ensure excellent customer service standards
4.__Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
5.__Handle suppliers, deliveries, and pricing
6.__Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
7.__Manage cash handling, sales reports, and basic accounts
8.__Resolve customer complaints professionally



Requirements:
1.__Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a supermarket manager
2.__Experience in Bahrain
3.__Strong leadership and team management skills
4.__Good knowledge of inventory, Rist POS systems, and daily reporting
5.__Ability to work independently and under pressure
6.__Good communication skills in English & Arabic
7.__Transferable visa preferred (or eligible)
