Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising all on-site civil works during the construction stage, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site civil activities and ensure proper execution of all structural and architectural works.
* Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues immediately.
* Conduct inspections to verify quality of materials, workmanship, and adherence to construction standards.
* Monitor project progress, prepare daily reports, and highlight delays or challenges.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and site regulations.
* Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion before approvals or payments.
* Attend site meetings and provide technical recommendations.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction-stage site supervision.
* Strong knowledge of structural work, finishing work, and site coordination.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities on-site.
