We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller / Estimator with strong knowledge in wood, furniture, kitchens, and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will handle project cost estimation, pricing, material take-off, and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets

Analyze materials, labor, and production costs

Track actual vs. estimated costs to ensure profitability

Support management with pricing strategies and reports

Qualifications:

Experience in wood manufacturing, furniture, or kitchen projects

Detail-oriented with strong financial and analytical skills

Proficient in Odoo ERP system
