A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Finishing Supervisor

Job Description:

? Oversee and manage the execution of finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and carpentry.

? Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

? Monitor and control material usage and labor productivity.

? Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

? Resolve technical issues and challenges on-site.

? Maintain accurate records of work progress and material usage.

? Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality finishes.

? Oversee and facilitate the installation of flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, cabinetry, and other interior and exterior elements & MEP elements.

? Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

? Oversee material testing to verify quality and suitability.

? Identify and rectify defects promptly.

Qualifications:

? Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

? Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in construction finishing or a related field.

? Proven experience in civil finishing supervision.

? Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

? Excellent organizational and time management skills.

? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

? Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

? Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

? Valid GCC driving license
