* Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage daily work activities of workers on site.

* Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

* Read and understand drawings, work plans, and technical instructions.

* Ensure quality standards are met in all site activities.

* Monitor use of tools, materials, and equipment.

* Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

* Maintain discipline, productivity, and teamwork among workers.

* Identify and report site issues, delays, or safety risks.

* Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures.

* Requirements / Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Foreman in construction or related field.

* Good knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.

* Ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.

* Basic reading and understanding of drawings and site instructions.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

* Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

* Prepare reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

* Manage material approval and quality control procedures.
