Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Designer with a strong background in interior design or fit-out sales. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain, capable of generating leads, handling clients, and converting design concepts into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets
Meet clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations
Develop basic design concepts, layouts, and mood boards (if applicable)
Coordinate with design and execution teams for project delivery
Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Track sales pipeline and prepare reports
Requirements:
Currently residing in Bahrain (local transfer only)
Available to join immediately
Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, or fit-out industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of design concepts and materials is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp is an advantage
Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
Experience in Bahrain/GCC market
Existing client network is a strong advantage
