Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, counters, and work areas.

Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of chemicals.

Dispose of garbage properly and follow waste-segregation procedures.

Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies safely.

Ensure clean and organized storage areas for utensils and equipment.

Support chefs by providing clean tools and equipment during busy operations.

Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.

Report any damaged equipment or maintenance issues immediately.

Maintain high levels of cleanliness in pantry and stewarding areas.
