Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally, auditing, VAT regulations, and direct reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations of the group company
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle VAT compliance, filings, and reporting in accordance with Bahrain regulations
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare management reports and present financial insights to the Director
• Identify opportunities for cost control and financial efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting (preferably in a group company)
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP
• In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations in Bahrain
• Experience in audit processes and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to report directly to senior management
• Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
