Description

Age: 22 – 30 years
Nationality: Asian
Experience: 2–3 years working experience in an Admin or Procurement supporting role
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in a relevant field

Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of procurement workflow
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Receive and review material requests from project sites.
Contact suppliers, send enquiries, and collect quotations for materials, services and Sub contracts
Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment terms with suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and ensure approval workflow is followed.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet project requirements.
Maintain and update supplier records, quotations, and procurement documentation.
Assist in preparing payment certificates and verifying supplier invoices.
Support the identification and evaluation of new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and lead time.
Ensure that procurement costs remain within the allocated budget.
Coordinate closely with the Procurement Engineer and perform additional tasks assigned by the department.
