Odoo System Administrator
Location: Bahrain
A well-established and reputable company in the laundry services sector is seeking to hire an experienced Odoo System Administrator to oversee the operational management and rollout of the Odoo ERP system across the company’s operations in Bahrain.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of the system across the organization, acting as the primary liaison between the operational teams and the ERP implementation partner. The role requires strong functional expertise in Odoo, the ability to train teams, and the capability to support operational and technical infrastructure across branches.

Key Responsibilities
• ERP System Management
- Take ownership of the Odoo ERP system following handover from the implementation partner.
- Oversee the system rollout and ensure proper implementation across the main laundry facility and all branches.
- Monitor daily system usage and ensure operational teams effectively utilize the platform.
- Manage system users, permissions, and ensure proper data governance.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements aligned with Odoo capabilities.
- Prepare periodic reports to management regarding system performance, system usage, and operational insights.

• Vendor Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact with the Odoo implementation vendor.
- Report system issues, bugs, or operational challenges and follow up until resolution.
- Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and improvements with the vendor.

• Training & Change Management
- Train employees across the organization on the proper and efficient use of the system.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure consistent adoption of the ERP system.
- Support operational teams during the transition to digital workflows.

• Technical Infrastructure Oversight
- Supervise the technical infrastructure supporting operations across branches.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems, internet connectivity, and telephone systems.
- Coordinate with external service providers and IT vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure reliability and continuity of the technical environment supporting business operations.


• Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
- Strong Odoo Functional experience with operational modules.
- Previous involvement in ERP implementation or post-implementation administration.
- Ability to train teams and support organizational adoption of ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with ERP vendors or technology partners.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure such as networking and communication systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.


• Work Environment
- Full-time position.


Based in Bahrain, with travel between company branches within Bahrain only.
