Job Purpose:

To ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors, and hospital property by maintaining a secure environment and responding promptly to any incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities within the hospital premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol all hospital areas, including inpatient and outpatient departments.

Maintain a detailed activity log during duty hours and report any incidents to management.

Respond immediately to emergencies, violent behavior, or safety threats within the hospital.

Control access to hospital entrances, ensuring only authorized personnel, patients, and visitors enter.

Assist in contacting law enforcement or emergency services when required.

Monitor staff, suppliers, and materials entering or exiting the hospital.

Support fire safety and emergency evacuation procedures as directed.

Ensure compliance with hospital health, safety, and quality policies.

Maintain professional communication and behavior with patients, staff, and visitors.

Participate in safety and quality improvement activities as required.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in security (preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting).

Minimum 25 years of age.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

Physically fit and able to work under stress or emergency conditions.

Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong observation and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Professional, disciplined, and alert at all times.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations tactfully.

Working Conditions:

Requires standing, walking, or sitting for long periods.

May involve exposure to stressful or emergency situations.

Must maintain emotional stability and professionalism when dealing with psychiatric patients.

Work is performed in a climate-controlled hospital environment.
الهدف من الوظيفة:

ضمان سلامة وأمن المرضى والموظفين والزوار وممتلكات المستشفى من خلال الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة والاستجابة السريعة لأي حوادث أو طوارئ أو أنشطة مريبة داخل المستشفى.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

مراقبة جميع مناطق المستشفى بما في ذلك الأقسام الداخلية والخارجية.

تسجيل الأنشطة اليومية في سجل الملاحظات وتقديم تقارير فورية عن أي حوادث إلى الإدارة.

الاستجابة السريعة لأي طوارئ أو سلوك عنيف داخل المستشفى.

التحكم في مداخل المستشفى والتأكد من دخول الأشخاص المصرح لهم فقط.

المساعدة في التواصل مع الجهات الأمنية أو خدمات الطوارئ عند الحاجة.

متابعة حركة الموظفين والموردين والبضائع داخل وخارج المستشفى.

دعم إجراءات السلامة ومكافحة الحرائق وخطط الإخلاء والطوارئ.

الالتزام بسياسات الجودة والسلامة الخاصة بالمستشفى.

التواصل المهني واللبق مع المرضى والموظفين والزوار.

تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يُكلف بها من قبل مشرف الأمن أو الإدارة.
