We are seeking a talented and creative 2D/3D Designer to join our dynamic team at LeadingOvation Events. This role involves working closely with clients and the event management team to create captivating booth designs that align with client requirements and event objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- 2D Design Skills: Create and develop engaging 2D graphics for event materials, including flyers, banners, and digital assets.
- 3D Booth Design: Design innovative 3D booth concepts tailored to client specifications, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Render Development: Produce high-quality 3D renders for presentations and client approvals.
- Mockups: Create detailed mockups to provide clients with a clear vision of the final booth design.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements for booth designs, addressing any concerns or changes that arise.
- Problem-Solving: Offer creative solutions and alternatives to meet client requests and resolve design-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in 2D and 3D design, preferably in an event management or similar industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Blender, Maya).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for creating Mockups.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in booth design and event-related projects.
