Description

We are actively looking for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATION - F&B GROUP.

Administrative & Office Management

- Organize and update all company files (physical & digital).

- Prepare, maintain, and archive operational, licensing, vendor, and contract documents.

- Track renewal dates for CRs, licenses, certificates, and staff documents (CPR, LMRA, medical tests).

- Draft letters, forms, memos, and other administrative documents.

- Manage general office tasks: courier, scanning, printing, and office supplies.

- Government & Document Processing

- Coordinate with LMRA, Municipality, Civil Defense, MOH, and other authorities for documentation.

- Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications; maintain status reports.

- Liaise with PROs, vendors, and government offices for renewals and permits.

- Maintain clear, auditable records of government fees, receipts, and submissions.

- Support for Operations & HR

- Assist the Operations Manager with reports from store locations.

- Maintain updated staff files: contracts, visas, leave records.

- Prepare checklists, forms, and weekly/monthly administrative reports.

- Support new projects, vendor registrations, regulatory paperwork, and product documentation.
