Description

We are having a vacancy for the position "Staff Support."

The duties include

1. Handling a variety of clerical tasks, assisting, and helping school staff with the day-to-day operations.
2. Monitoring the kitchen and the materials required
3. To ensure that all the classes are well cleaned
4. Monitoring the cleaning staff's performance
5. Serve guests if required.
6. Can make good Arabic coffee.
7. Distributing materials as instructed by the office manager.
8. Manage the reception when required.

Other skills
1. The candidate should be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
2. Should be able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities well and work efficiently
3. Should be flexible to work long hours if required and willing to work with a multidisciplinary team.
