Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise excavation, backfilling, land reclamation, marine, and road works.
• Coordinate between technical teams and subcontractors to ensure schedule and quality compliance.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards across all project phases.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–20 years of field/project management experience, preferably in excavation, roads, or marine projects.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and handle heavy equipment.
• Experience in excavation, reclamation, or marine projects is essential
• Must be based in Bahrain and ready to join immediately.
