Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+ / Network+) are a plus

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

💡 Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems, networks, and data remain secure, efficient, and reliable — supporting smooth operations across production and office departments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
✅ Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and system performance.
✅ Manage and secure data backup, recovery systems, and antivirus protection.
✅ Maintain and support ERP systems, coordinating with vendors for updates or troubleshooting.
✅ Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
✅ Provide technical support to office and production staff for hardware/software issues.
✅ Oversee and maintain CCTV, printers, attendance systems, and IP phones.
✅ Ensure cybersecurity policies are followed and systems are kept up to date.
✅ Maintain inventory of IT assets and prepare reports on IT infrastructure status.
✅ Liaise with management to plan IT budgets, upgrades, and system improvements.

🧠 Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Active Directory

Experience with networking (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)

Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing environments

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Strong focus on data security and system integrity
