Position: Hotel Receptionist

Full-Time / Part-Time Available

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor

Check-in/check-out guests efficiently while providing exceptional service

Manage reservations, cancellations, and inquiries

Answer phone calls, emails, and provide general hotel information

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism


What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Knowledge of hotel management software is a bonus (but not required)
