Job Summary:
Perform and supervise daily accounting operations, including journal entries, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal financial policies. Support financial audits and contribute to budget preparation and tax compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Record and review daily financial transactions
Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports
Monitor budget implementation and highlight variances
Support internal and external audit processes
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Suggest improvements to accounting procedures and controls

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Previous experience in a similar accounting role is preferred
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
