Job Summary:

As a Picker , your main responsibility is to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders from the store or warehouse. You play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and error-free order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items accurately from shelves based on customer orders.

Ensure products are in excellent condition (not expired or damaged).

Pack items properly to ensure safe delivery.

Communicate with the delivery team to ensure timely handover of orders.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area.

Update inventory systems and report any stock shortages or damages.

Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

Achieve daily performance targets related to speed and accuracy.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in picking, packing, warehouse, or retail is a plus.

Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must.

Arabic language is an advantage.

Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Physically fit and able to lift items up to 20 kg.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and team spirit.
