We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with expertise in fit-out projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and a solid network of suppliers and vendors. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring quality and timely project completion, and maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fit-out projects, with proven expertise in BOQ preparation and supplier management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and fit-out processes.
Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
