Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR operations? Join our dynamic team as an HR Assistant, where you'll play a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, and ensuring smooth HR processes from onboarding to exit.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the HR database and employee records
• Track document expiries (passports, CPRs, RPs) and notify employees accordingly
• Coordinate overseas recruitment and assist in immigration and contract processing
• Handle NPRA updates, CPR scheduling, and NOC requests
• Support exit interviews and clearance formalities

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
