Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented "Examination Officer Assistant" to join our dynamic team!



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, preparation, and administration of internal and external examinations.
• Support the Examination Officer in coordinating exam schedules and ensuring compliance with examination regulations.
• Ensure the secure handling, distribution, and storage of exam papers and confidential materials.
• Communicate examination information to students, staff, and parents as required.
• Maintain accurate records of student entries, results, and examination data.
• Assist with invigilation arrangements and provide support during examination sessions.
• Handle administrative duties related to examinations and assessment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Previous experience in an administrative or examination support role (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
