Key Responsibilities: Only Indians Keralites

Identify and develop new outdoor sales opportunities (roadshows, community events, local markets, housing complexes).

Generate leads, pitch supermarket products/services, and convert prospects into customers.

Build partnerships with local vendors, event organizers, and community leaders to expand reach.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities.

Develop promotional campaigns for outdoor sales activities.

Train and guide field sales promoters/salesmen for better performance.

Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Provide reports on sales performance, leads, and conversion metrics to management.
