Are you a target-driven sales professional with a proven track record in FMCG?

A leading water manufacturing company in the Kingdom of Bahrain is looking for an energetic, results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth. If you have strong closing skills, deep industry experience, and the drive to hit sales targets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth: Promote and sell bottled mineral drinking water across assigned territories.

Business Development: Visit clients daily, generate new leads, and convert prospects into long-term accounts.

Account Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Operations & Collections: Oversee accurate order collection, payment follow-ups, and coordinate timely deliveries.

Hit Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on sales experience in bottled water distribution or the broader FMCG sector.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing capabilities.

Mindset: Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and target-driven with a strong field presence.

License: A valid Bahrain driving license is strongly preferred.
