Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff across multiple sites.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
• Train and guide new cleaning staff.
• Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report incidents, maintenance needs, or irregularities to management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Good understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety regulations.
• Preferred: GCC experience.
• Language: English (Required); Arabic is a plus.
