Job Title: Hypermarket Online Order Section Staff (Picker / Packer)

Job Description:
We are hiring staff for the Online Order Section of a leading hypermarket. Selected candidates will be responsible for preparing and packing customer online orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items according to online customer orders

Check product quality and expiry dates

Pack items carefully for delivery

Maintain speed and accuracy as per company standards

Coordinate with supervisors and delivery riders

Keep the work area clean and organized

Follow company and store operational procedures

Requirements:

No prior experience required (training will be provided)

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours

Punctual and disciplined

Ready to join immediately

Working Hours:

10 hours per day

6 days per week

260 hours per month

Overtime as required

Salary Structure:

Company Sponsored Visa:

Basic Salary: 180 BHD

Transport Allowance: 20 BHD

Total: 200 BHD per month

Full salary upon completion of 260 hours

Flexi Visa Holders:

Basic Salary: 200 BHD

Transport Allowance: 25 BHD

Flexi Visa Allowance: 10 BHD

Total: 235 BHD per month

Full salary upon completion of 260 hours
