Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Bahraini national to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and drive the company’s long-term growth, with a strong emphasis on financial management, market forecasting, and the implementation of innovative business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement business strategies that enhance competitive positioning and shareholder value.
• Provide robust financial leadership.
• Conduct market and financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring proactive decision-making.
• Accurately forecast market trends and economic factors to guide investments and operational priorities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, key partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance across all levels of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Candidate Profile
• Nationality: Bahraini (mandatory).
• Financial Background: Strong foundation in finance, accounting, or economics with demonstrated success in senior financial or executive roles.
• Strategic Visionary: Proven ability to set a long-term direction and translate it into actionable, measurable plans.
• Analytical & Forecasting Skills: Expertise in analysing complex data, forecasting trends, and making informed strategic decisions.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of senior leadership experience
• High integrity, ethical leadership, and commitment to good corporate governance.
• Visionary, results-driven, and capable of inspiring and empowering teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
