Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily bar and floor operations, ensuring service standards are met.

Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supplier orders.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and schedule bar and service staff.

Supervise team performance, provide coaching, and handle conflict resolution.

Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Customer Service

Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, especially during live sports events.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Financial & Business Management
