Job Title: Barista
Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, such as espresso-based beverages, lattes, and cappuccinos.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders and priorities.
5. Develop knowledge of coffee products, ingredients, and preparation methods to make recommendations and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
2. Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
5. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
