we are looking for Sales and Supervisor for our cleaning company.

Key Responsibilities:

●Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and schedules across various sites.

●Ensure cleaning tasks are completed as per quality standards and within timeframes.

●Conduct site inspections and staff evaluations.

●Manage attendance, duty rosters, and staff deployment.

●Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively.

●Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

●Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with management for restocking.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in cleaning services (commercial, residential, industrial).

●Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

●Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

●Conduct site visits and generate accurate quotations.

●Achieve monthly sales targets and report on progress to management.

Requirements:

●Minimum 1or 2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or facility management.

●Strong leadership and organizational skills.

●Ability to handle multiple sites and teams.

●Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

●Valid Bahrain driving license is required.

●Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
