The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, a passion for people management, and a proven ability to lead and improve HR processes.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and development.

Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor laws and company policies.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Manage performance evaluation systems and employee engagement initiatives.

Provide strategic advice and support to senior management.

???? Requirements:

Bahraini nationality (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR best practices

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
