**Job Description:**
We are looking for an HR Officer/Manager to manage all human resources functions, ensure compliance with Bahraini Labour Law, and support our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and legal compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes in compliance with Bahraini Labour Law.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure adherence to employment contracts and legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local laws.
- Monitor and advise on labor law updates and compliance.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle payroll, benefits, and compensation matters.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in Bahrain or the Gulf region.
- In-depth knowledge of Bahraini Labour Law and employment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
