Sous chef - who have hands knowledge in grills and rice .
commis -grills , bread (Tandoori/ turkish )
Rice maker - Must know 3-5 types of briyani, mandhi, machboos kabsa etc...
salad maker
juice maker
cleaners
we prefer indians , Nepalis and Begalis .
