We are looking for a reliable and experienced Building Maintenance Person to take care of the day-to-day maintenance needs of our property.

Responsibilities:

General repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)

Painting, patchwork, and minor construction

Daily inspection of building infrastructure

Handling emergency repair needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in building maintenance or related fields

Good knowledge of general repair tools and techniques

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Physically fit and available for emergency calls
