About the role
We’re opening a new concept in Bahrain and need a hands-on Commis Chef who can hit the ground running.

Must-haves (non-negotiable)

Currently residing in Bahrain

Own accommodation arranged

Ready to join immediately

Minimum kitchen experience (≥ 6 months in a professional kitchen)

What you’ll do

Daily prep and mise en place

Support hot/cold line during service

Keep stations clean and organized; follow food safety standards

Follow recipes/specs; assist with deliveries and basic inventory

What helps

Basic food safety knowledge/food handler card

English required; Arabic a plus

Reliable, punctual, team player; comfortable with shifts/weekends/pressure
